Throughout his career, Justin has led luxury restaurants, hotels, private clubs, residential communities, and hospitality operations where the standard wasn't simply to meet expectations—it was to create an experience people would remember. His background includes leadership within Forbes Travel Guide environments, AAA Four-Diamond standards, luxury residential concierge services, event operations, and hospitality consulting, giving him a perspective that extends well beyond any one segment of the industry.

Over the years, one lesson became increasingly clear. The principles that create exceptional hospitality aren't limited to hotels or restaurants. They have the power to transform homes, strengthen businesses, elevate events, and create lasting confidence for the people being served.

That realization became the foundation of Fellom Privé.
